New Agent Checklist for Success

This checklist captures the practicals of what our agents do to be successful

Full time agents that want to write a minimum of  20k AP a month work 40+ hours a week.

Part time agents work a minimum of 3 hours a day.

TLG has a partnership with a CRM and underwriting technology that our agents use to optimize dialing time, organization, and efficiency. All successful agents utilize these tool to maximize business. Once you have completed contracting, reach out to your upline for more information.

At the end of each day, agents post daily dial reports in their upline chats: (dials/contacts/sets). We do this to foster accountability and to ensure that agents who are in workplace are active and communicating.

Successful agents make consistent lead purchases. Buying leads weekly ensures you always have clients to talk to.

There are weekly calls every Thursday and monthly calls on Monday. These calls, along with all training summits and conferences, are a great way for new agents to hear from top producers and leaders in the company on a regular basis. We believe in sharing best practices, so calls and events will give you insight into how top producers are winning and how you can replicate their success.

Successful agents are always reading books from the recommended reading list, listening to audiobooks, and replaying training calls to achieve a mindset of success. Your mindset will determine your success in this business, so focus on developing the skill of a positive mindset just as you would develop your knowledge of products.

One of the greatest indicators of agent success is how often they are reaching out for help, asking questions, and getting feedback from their upline. If you want to succeed, you have to communicate. Message your upline daily and then put their feedback into practice.
